LiftWorks started because a training director we know was reconciling 180 paper hour sheets on a Sunday afternoon. Everything we've built since answers to that afternoon.
A four-year apprenticeship is one of the last places in the economy where someone can walk in with nothing and walk out with a career. The teaching part works. What fails is everything around it โ the hour sheets that go missing, the wage step nobody caught, the classroom roster that lives in one person's inbox.
When the records slip, apprentices get advanced late, or not at all. People quit over administrative failure, not over the work. That is the problem LiftWorks exists to remove โ nothing more glamorous than that.
MEET THE TEAM โI stopped chasing signatures. That's the whole review. My third-years advance the week they earn it now, and I get my Sundays back.
